Through MaxxService, Kimble is the only mixer company to provide both in–the–field and factory service for your mixers regardless of make or model. Our complete offering of inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement services actually increases your fleet’s uptime while allowing your in-house maintenance team to focus on daily operations. Basically, we can work either in your shop or ours to keep your operations running smoothly.

What’s Involved?

We start with an honest conversation about your goals. Maybe you’re having a weight compliance issue or you want us to inspect the drum conditions of your entire fleet. Perhaps new paint is in order so your mixers and your company project a better image on the road. Or maybe you have corrosion damage, or a recent wreck/rollover that requires extensive repairs. In all these cases, we can provide the information you need to make informed decisions. And unlike other consultants, we follow up on our recommendations, even performing the work ourselves in or near your facility.

Kimble Maxx Service technicians aren’t meant to replace your maintenance team. Instead, we’re here to complete the most time–consuming and difficult tasks – allowing your personnel to focus on routine mixer maintenance.

Fleet Evaluation

Are you due for an annual safety or road readiness evaluation? Maybe you’re having trouble meeting your state’s vehicle size and weight requirements with a full load. Kimble MaxxService technicians can help by inspecting and evaluating your fleet, whether it’s one mixer or one hundred. In seven to ten working days, we’ll outline our findings and service recommendations in a formal report. You’re maintenance team can make the suggested repairs, or we can come back and complete the work for you. It’s always your decision.

Field Service

Sometimes sending a mixer away for service can take weeks – or even months – before you have it back in service again. In addition, maintenance personnel who do not have experience working with complex electrical and hydraulic systems can cost you valuable time when making more complicated repairs.

That’s why we are so proud of our unique onsite field service model. We significantly reduce lead times and mixer downtime by sending MaxxService technicians directly to you. In fact, while it takes an average of three weeks for other companies to service one mixer in the factory, we can – and have – serviced 18 mixers onsite in the same time period.

How is this possible? It’s because we manage the entire project from start to finish onsite. Our promise is to provide outstanding service while minimizing disruption to your operation. We provide repair equipment, parts, and manage any outside services such as painting. That’s why we will never demand to use your equipment or people to complete a job. We’ll even work evenings and weekends when your mixers aren’t in service to maximize uptime. Our onsite presence also means you can ask questions, monitor our progress and get your mixer back as soon as its service is complete.

Drum Service

MaxxService technicians are very knowledgeable about mixer drums, and understand that they don’t always need to be replaced. Sometimes fin and flight replacement can extend drum life, stretching your operating dollars even further. For the times when a replacement drums is needed, Kimble® has replacement drums for all makes and models of mixers. Utilizing Kimble® AggreGator™ premium drum technology, our replacement drums last longer and are proven to haul more concrete over their lifecycle than competing brands.

Factory Repairs

Sometimes factory repairs may be a more convenient or an economical alternative to onsite service. MaxxService technicians at our state–of–the–art facility have access to the same manufacturing equipment and OEM parts used in the production of new Kimble mixers. You can rest easy knowing that repairs performed on your mixer will meet the highest quality standards in the industry.

Parts Service

Kimble stocks an extensive inventory of high-quality mixer replacement parts for all mixer brands. We can replace existing components with original quality parts, or in some cases upgrade your parts to Kimble® Hard-wear™ replacement parts, which meet the same quality specifications as the original equipment parts used in new Kimble mixers.
