TOPS (Team Oriented Problem Solving) Teams have been diligently working to improve the processes and procedures at KMC.
We
have utilized Lean principles as well as Six Sigma.
Our projects include everything from workplace organization to streamlining
our drum manufacturing process.
A total of 17 teams have been launched, with eight of them completing their assigned projects.
