Kimble Manufacturing Company launched a very important product development project in December 2006. This project is called Value Analysis/Value Engineering.

 

     A group of Kimble employees formed the nucleus of a team that incorporated other employees, customers and suppliers. This team spent many long days developing ideas for creating a new version of a Kimble mixer.

 

     The team prepared a project report out and presented it to KMC and Hines Corp. management in June 2007.

 

     The next step will be to implement all of the good ideas and present a brand new Kimble mixer at ConExpo 2008.
