The Kimble Mixer Division, located in New Philadelphia, Ohio, was founded in 1995. However, we carry a more-than-50-year history of ingenuity and productivity. In fact, many of the people within our concrete mixer operation have decades of experience in the concrete mixer market, and know exactly what is necessary to meet the needs of a very demanding marketplace.
From 2003 to 2007 all segments have doubled in volume and the company has grown to over 200 highly skilled employees.
In January 2006, The Hines Corporation, based in Spring Lake, MI, purchased Kimble Mixer, Kimble Fabricating, and Kimble Chassis companies and Kimble Manufacturing Company was established.
We continue to
listen to our customers' needs and use the most current technology, combined with our employees' unique talents, to ensure the maximum
performance in every one of our products.
In many ways, the ability to modify and strengthen the machinery that was used in Kimble mining and landfill operations, has provided us with the perfect opportunity to design the most efficient, hard-working concrete mixer in the market today. It wasn't enough to build just "another" concrete mixer - it had to be the best.
In 1999, the Kimble Mixer Division began its fabricating operations in their Midvale, Ohio plant. The intent was to produce mixer drums and various other mixer fabrications and weldments. With the ability to design and manufacture our own drums we are able to control the heart of the mixer. Our unique flight design, as well as drum design continues to set Kimble Mixer apart from the competition.
In 2001, the Company purchased the assets of Sable, Inc. and began designing and producing custom chassis. Today it is known as Kimble Custom Chassis Company. Within six years, Kimble Custom Chassis has become one of the largest producers of custom chassis for the oil, water, gas, and utility companies world-wide.
